Born on November 16, 1961, in Giza, Egypt. A Visual Artist, Design Consultant, and Professor of Visual Communication Design at the German Jordanian University (GJU), Jordan; A former Professor of Visual Communication Design at the Royal University for Women (RUW), Bahrain; A former Professor of Typography at the German University in Cairo (GUC) and the Faculty of Applied Arts, Helwan University, Egypt; A Visiting Professor of Corporate Design at FH Münster in Germany; A former head of the department (RUW); A former head of the advertising department at the Faculty of Applied Arts, Mansoura University; A former head of the Postgraduates Studies Department (CAD-RUW); Chairperson of the PGS-Committee and Exhibition Committees (CAD-RUW); Chairperson of the Promotion Committee (RUW); Chairperson of the Professional Development Unit (RUW); Member of various committees, faculty, and department councils; Supervisor of various art and design discussion panels, Ph.D.’s, Masters, and Bachelor projects. Participate in art and design events in Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and the United States as a Visual Artist and Researcher.
